Dr. Kelli Dixon was the head scientist on the Order's Island. She worked under Declan Chase, but ultimately answered to Preston Webb and was often willing to ignore them for her own benefit.
Dixon was responsible for overseeing the vivi-sections of prisoners and the majority of the prisoners were vivisected by her. When Chase began speaking with Regin regularly, she saw it as an owner/pet relationship and decided to take one of her own: Uilleam MacRieve.
After La Dorada's instigation of breakout on the island, Dr. Dixon is presumed dead.
